SMS Terms

CloudByte Group LLC offers optional text messaging for one-to-one IT support conversations with users at our client organizations. Messages may include troubleshooting coordination, support ticket follow-ups, scheduling, and service appointment coordination. This service is not used for marketing or bulk messaging.

Consent

Before sending support texts, we obtain your permission to contact your mobile number by SMS. When consent is provided during a support call, we document it in our support records. Agreeing to SMS is optional. You may continue receiving IT support through our other support channels without agreeing to text messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your support needs and conversations with our staff. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that CloudByte number. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume messaging. To request that all CloudByte staff stop texting you, contact support@cloudbytegroup.com.
